ICP-AES法测定TC11中铝、钼、铁、硅、锆的不确定度

摘要 我国作为钛的生产、消费大国,在世界钛行业起着举足轻重的作用。其化学分析方法GB/T 4698—1996^([1])实施了近20年,目前主要采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)。电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)具有线性范围宽、灵敏度高、元素间干扰小、精密度高、操作简便等优点,近年来被国内外广泛应用于钛合金的检测。对ICP-AES测定钛合金中铝、钼、铁、硅、锆含量的测量不确定度进行了评定^([2]),分析了实验过程引入的不确定度来源^([3]),对测定过程中产生的不确定度分量进行评估,计算出合成标准不确定度,为正确评价和使用此方法提供了依据。 Titanium and titanium alloys are widely used in aerospace,petrochemical,light industry,electric power,pharmaceutical,textile,machinery and other fields.As a large country of titanium production and consumption,China plays a pivotal role in the world titanium industry.Its chemical analysis method GB/T 4698—1996 has been implemented for nearly 20 a,and currently the main method is inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).Inductively Coupled Plasma Emission Spectrometry(ICP-AES) has been widely used in the detection of titanium alloys at home and abroad in recent years due to its advantages of wide linear range,high sensitivity,low interference between elements,high precision and simple operation.In this paper,the measurement uncertainty of determination of aluminum,molybdenum,iron,silicon and zirconium in titanium alloy by ICP-AES was evaluated,the source of the uncertainty introduced in the experimental process was analyzed,the uncertainty component generated in the determination process was evaluated,and the standard uncertainty of synthesis was calculated,which provided a basis for the correct evaluation and application of this method.
