摘要
介绍了一种适合中小型生活垃圾、医疗垃圾以及高热值工业固废热解气化的技术装备,该技术主要研究在微负压缺氧状态下,完成固废的热解气化及高效氧化。热解气化室采用立式旋转炉排结构,正转排灰,反转均匀布料,提高热解气化过程的效率及稳定性,有利于热解气体在高效氧化室的稳定燃烧。通过优化工艺路线,解决了垃圾含水率高、二次燃烧不稳定、二噁英及飞灰等问题,排放烟气优于国家标准。
Introduces a small and medium pyrolysis gasification process and equipment suitable for domestic refuse,medical waste and industrial waste.The solid waste pyrolysis gasification process is carried out on steady-state under the condition of micro-negative pressure and hypoxia.Vertical rotary grate structure is adopted to implement the function of positive rotation to discharge ash and opposite rotation to distribute solid waste evenly,the stability of secondary combustion is guaranteed.It's used to solve the problems such as high moisture content of garbage,secondary combustion instability,dioxins and fly ash that ensure the discharged gas up to national standards.
