摘要
为了满足国内某煤化工企业含盐废水减量的需求,分析了该企业厂区含盐废水,提出MCR(膜化学反应器)+弱酸阳床+反渗透膜的工艺组合,并组建了中试设备进行现场实验,得到运行参数的合理区间,记录分析各工艺产水数据。最后对实验运行成本进行了计算。
In order to meet the requirement of reduction on salinity wastewater from a coal-chemical industry enterprise,the salinity wastewater from this factory was detected,and a process combination including MCR(membrane chemical reactor)+weak acid cation exchange resin+RO membrane was proposed.The experiment was accomplished with pilot-scale equipment on site,appropriate process parameters were discovered and the process data were recorded.Finally,operation cost was calculated.
