一测多评法同时测定小儿香橘丸中8种成分 被引量:1

摘要 目的建立一测多评法同时测定小儿香橘丸中苍术素、厚朴酚、和厚朴酚、新橙皮苷、橙皮苷、柚皮苷、芸香柚皮苷、甘草苷的含量。方法该药物N-N二甲基甲酰胺提取液的分析采用SVEATM A585V3 C_(18) Opal色谱柱(250 mm×46 mm,5μm);流动相01%磷酸-乙腈,梯度洗脱;体积流量10 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长286、338 nm。以橙皮苷为内标,计算其他7种成分的相对校正因子,测定其含量。结果8种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥09991),平均加样回收率9950%~10171%,RSD 093%~191%,一测多评法、外标法所得结果接近。结论该方法简便、准确、可靠,可用于小儿香橘丸的质量控制。 AIM To establish a quantitative analysis of multi-components by single-marker(QAMS)method for the simultaneous content determination of atractylodin,magnolol,honokiol,neohesperidin,hesperidin,naringin,narirutin and liquiritin in Xiao’er Xiangju Pills.METHODS The analysis of N,N-dimethyllformamide extract of this drug was performed on a 30℃ thermostatic SVEA TM A585V3 C 18 Opal column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of 0.1%phosphoric acid-acetonitrilel flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 286,338 nm.Hesperidin was used as an internal standard to calculate the relative correction factors of the other seven constituents,after which the content determination was made.RESULTS Eight constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.9991),whose average recoveries were 99.50%-101.71%with the RSDs of 0.93%-1.91%.The result obtained by QAMS approximated those obtained by external standard method.CONCLUSION The simple,economic and accurate method is suitable for the quality control of Xiao’er Xiangju Pills.
