骨瓜提取物注射液联合常规治疗对绝经后骨质疏松症患者的临床疗效

Clinical effects of Bone Melon Extract Injection combined with conventional treatment on patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis

目的考察骨瓜提取物注射液联合常规治疗对绝经后骨质疏松症患者的临床疗效。方法180例患者随机分为常规治疗组、骨瓜提取物注射液组、骨瓜提取物注射液+常规治疗组,每组60例,疗程3个月。检测临床疗效、炎症指标(IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α、CRP)、骨代谢指标(RANKL、BGP、s-PINP、OPG)、钙磷代谢指标(Ca、P、ALP)、NRS评分、骨密度变化。结果骨瓜提取物注射液+常规治疗组总有效率高于其他2组(P<0.05)。治疗后,3组炎症指标、RANKL、s-PINP、ALP、NRS评分降低(P<0.05),OPG、BGP、Ca、P、骨密度升高(P<0.05),以骨瓜提取物注射液+常规治疗组更明显(P<0.05)。结论骨瓜提取物注射液联合常规治疗可抑制绝经后骨质疏松症患者炎症,调节骨吸收、骨形成,改善钙磷代谢、骨代谢,增加骨密度,缓解疼痛,提升临床疗效。

AIM To investigate the clinical effects of Bone Melon Extract Injection combined with conventional treatment on patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis.METHODS One hundred and eighty patients were randomly assigned into conventional treatment group(60 cases),Bone Melon Extract Injection group(60 cases)and Bone Melon Extract Injection+conventional treatment group(60 cases),three months were taken as a course of treatment.The changes in clinical efficacy,inflammatory indices(IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α,CRP),bone metabolism indices(RANKL,BGP,s-PINP,OPG),calcium and phosphorus metabolism indices(Ca,P,ALP),NRS score and bone density were detected.RESULTS The Bone Melon Extract Injection+conventional treatment group demonstrated higher total effective rate than the other two groups(P<0.05).After the treatment,the three groups displayed decreased inflammatory indices,RANKL,s-PINP,ALP,NRS score(P<0.05),and increased OPG,BGP,Ca,P,bone density(P<0.05),especially for the Bone Melon Extract Injection+conventional treatment group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION For the patients with postmenopausal osteoporosis,Bone Melon Extract Injection combined with conventional treatment can inhibit inflammation,regulate bone resorption and bone formation,improve calcium and phosphorus metabolism and bone metabolism,increase bone density,relieve pain,and elevate clinical efficacy.
