非遗馆是非遗保护事业和现代公共文化场馆服务发展需要的结合,也是非遗保护“中国经验”的具体展现。非遗馆集宣传、展示、传习研究等功能于一体,承载“文化综合体”的目标,是评估非遗保护发展水平的标杆标尺。从物理载体到创新中心,四川非遗馆所构建的从内到外、从展策到教育、从保护到传播的多方面、多层次的体系,在彰显文化表达,实现传播同构进程中,推动了中华优秀传统文化的创造性转化和创新性发展。
