摘要
铁路列车运行过程中产生的噪声直接影响乘客舒适性和安全性,目前铁路沿线列车噪声以人工测量为主,尚无法实现列车通过时的远程自动检测与噪声数据传输。基于铁路列车噪声监测的自动化需求,设计了一种由列车通过自动检测模块、噪声测量模块及无线传输模块构成的铁路列车噪声远程自动检测装置。该装置可自动检测列车通过,触发装置工作可实时采集噪声数据并通过数据无线传输保存于云端平台。结果表明:所设计的噪声自动检测装置实现了轨旁无人时列车通过噪声的自动检测与数据无线传输,采样频率达20 Hz,测量精度为0.01 dB,具有噪声超限自动预警功能;研发设计的列车噪声远程自动检测装置为现场列车噪声的全天候实时监测提供了一种重要检测技术。
The noise produced in the process of railway train operation directly affects the comfort and safety of passengers.At present,the noise of trains along the railway line is mainly measured manually,and the remote automatic detection and noise data transmission cannot be realized.In order to meet the automation requirement of railway train noise detection,a remote automatic detection device of railway train noise based on wireless transmission is designed,which is composed of automatic train passing detection module,noise measurement module and wireless transmission module.This device can automatically detect the passing of the train,trigger the device to work,collect noise data and save it on the cloud platform through wireless data transmission.The results indicate that the designed automatic noise detection device realizes the automatic detection of noise and wireless data transmission of train passing without any trackside operator.The sampling frequency of the detection device is up to 20 Hz and the measurement accuracy is O.01 dB.The designed train noise remote automatic detection device has automatic warning function for noise overrun and provides an important detection technique for all-weather real-time monitoring of train noise.
