摘要
附着式升降脚手架主要承力结构为立杆与导轨,二者的刚性及稳定性是确保脚手架在工作过程中安全可靠的前提。对立杆与导轨工作过程中最大轴向载荷进行计算,采用ABAQUS软件对其失稳压力进行求解,开展现场工艺试验对立杆与导轨刚性进行研究。结果表明:采用6061-T6铝合金制造的立杆与导轨满足工程使用要求。
The main load-bearing structure of the attached lifting scaffold includes the pole and the guide rail,and the rigidity and stability of which are the premise to ensure the safety and reliability of the scaffold in the working process.The maximum axial load during the working process of the rod and the guide rail is determined.ABAQUS software is used to obtain the instability pressure.Field process tests are carried out to study the rigidity of the rod and the guide rail.The results show that the poles and the guide rails made of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy meet the engineering requirements.
