摘要
要1J22合金是Co含量为49-51w.t.%的FeCoV合金,具有饱和磁感应强度高、居里温度高、矫顽力低等特点,是一类特别适用于高磁感要求、高温环境使用的软磁合金。然而,1J22的力学性能较差,特别是较差的室温塑性导致其在冷加工过程中易发生脆性断裂,因而限制了其工业化生产和应用。1J22具有很强的组织敏感性,合金中的杂质、纯净度、组织结构、内应力、析出相等均对力学性能有影响,而这其中对力学性能影响最大的是730℃以下出现的B2有序相,有序相是导致合金变脆的根源。本文从1J22的组织结构、有序相及加工方法出发,综述了1J22合金性能的影响因素,并分析了原因。
As a FeCoV alloy with a Co content of 49.0-51.0w.t.%,1J22 alloy is especially used in high temperature situations with high Bs requirements due to its best saturation magnetic induction,high Curie temperature and low coercivity.However,1J22 has poor mechanical properties and is prone to brittle fracture,which makes cold working of the alloy difficult and limits its application.The poor mechanical properties are essentially determined by its microstructure.1J22 is highly sensitive to impurities,purity,microstructure,internal stress and precipitated phase,and the most influential factor is B2 ordered phase precipitated below 730℃,which makes 1J22 brittle.In this paper,the factors affecting 1J22 properties are reviewed from three aspects,including the structure,ordered phase and machining processing,and the reasons are analyzed.
