热处理对高温合金GH3536板材晶粒度的影响研究

摘要 GH3536广泛应用于燃气轮机热端部件的制造,合金的显微组织对其室温拉伸、高温持久性能影响显著。合金的晶粒度越大对其高温持久性能越有利,而对其室温拉伸性能越不利,晶粒度越小则对室温拉伸性能越有利,却会显著降低其高温持久性能。本文通过研究两种典型热处理工艺,即等温热处理和连续热处理对GH3536合金晶粒度的影响规律,获得了最佳工艺参数,实现了对合金显微组织特别是晶粒度的调控,使合金的各项性能同时达到使用要求。 GH3536 alloy has been widely applied to gas turbine components operating in high-temperature condition.The room-temperature tensile properties and high-temperature lasting properties are required.However,the lager the grain size is,the better the high-temperature long-term properties is,while the worse the room-temperature tensile properties is.On the contrary,small grain size leads to better room-temperature tensile performance and reduces high-temperature long-term properties.In this paper,the effect of isothermal heat treatment and continuous heat treatment on the grain size of GH3536 alloy are researched.The optimal process parameters were obtained,and the microstructure,especialiy the grain size,was controlled,so that the properties of the alloy could meet the requirements of use at the same time.
