摘要
利用2011—2019年83家计算机通信及电子设备制造业企业的面板数据,探讨了研发伙伴组合多样性对突破式创新的影响,并分别考察了内外部环境因素的调节作用。结果表明:研发伙伴组合多样性对企业突破式创新具有显著的正向影响;企业内部数字化水平、外部正式(知识产权保护)与非正式制度(社会信任)均在研发伙伴组合多样性与突破式创新的关系中起到正向调节作用。
Using the panel data of 83 computer communication and electronic equipment manufacturing companies from 2011 to 2019,this paper explores the impact of R&D partner portfolio diversity on breakthrough innovation and examines the mod-erating effects of internal and external environmental factors.The results show that:the diversity of the R&D partner portfolio has a significant positive impact on breakthrough innovation;the level of internal digitalization,external formal(intellectual property protection),and informal systems(social trust)all play a positive moderating role in the relationship between R&D partner portfolio diversity and breakthrough innovation.
