摘要
以儿童玩具设计为主题、互联网用户为被试,开展创意众包实验,探究资源稀缺、竞争机制及其组合对参与者创造力的影响。结果发现:资源稀缺提升创意新颖性和适宜性,材料稀缺和资金稀缺影响无差异。与弱竞争相比,强竞争体验有利于增进想法新颖性。竞争机制对资源稀缺与新颖性的关系起正向调节作用,资源稀缺情境需匹配更高竞争水平以促进创造力。
An experiment was conducted where Internet users were invited to participate in an idea generation task with the theme of toy design.The results show that resource scarcity enhanced novelty and appropriateness,and there was no signifi-cant difference between input and financial scarcity.A high(vs.low)competitive level would produce more original ideas.The competition mechanism played a positive moderating role in the relationship between resource scarcity and novelty.
