摘要 急性肺栓塞(acute pulmonary embolism,APE)是指内源性或外源性栓子进入肺动脉及其分支,阻断肺组织血液供应引起的病理生理改变的一组临床综合征,以肺血栓栓塞症(pulmonary thromboembolism,PTE)最常见。近年随着我国人口老龄化及CT肺动脉造影(computed tomographic pulmonary angiography,CTPA)影像诊断技术的完善.
