均匀试验设计优化石墨炉原子吸收测定面制品中的铝

Determination of aluminum in flour products by GFAAS using Uniform experimental design optimization

摘要 目的探讨石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GFAAS)测定面粉制品中铝的实验条件。方法采用均匀试验设计优化石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定面粉制品中铝的检测实验条件。采用精密度、检出限和回收率对该方法的适用性进行评价。结果使用涂钽石墨管,设定分析线为309.3 nm,以灰化温度为1000℃,原子化温度为2500℃测定铝。铝在0μg/L~60μg/L范围内线性良好。方法检出限为2.5μg/L,相对标准偏差为4.92%,回收率为95.3%~104.0%。结论优化后的方法经济性和可操作性均有较大提升,且方法本身简便、快速,灵敏度和准确度都能很好满足测定面粉产品中铝的要求。 Objective To explore the experimental conditions for the determination of aluminum in flour products by Graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry(GFAAS).Methods The method of uniform design experimentation was used to optimize the experimental conditions for detection of aluminum in flour products with GFAAS.The precision,detection limit,and recovery valuated the applicability of the method.Results Aluminum was determined by the tantalum-coated graphite tube,set the analysis line to 309.3 nm,a charring temperature of 1000℃,and an atomization temperature of 2500℃.Aluminum had a good linearity in the range of 0μg/L to 60μg/L.The detection limit was 2.5μg/L,the relative standard deviation was 4.92%,and the recovery rate was 95.3%~104.0%.Conclusions The economy and operability of the optimized method has been greatly improved.Moreover,the optimized method is simple,rapid,and its sensitivity and accuracy can well meet the requirements for determining aluminum in flour products.
