北京市水旱灾害防御平台是全面服务首都防洪安全及智慧调度的重要支撑,水务大数据中心作为智慧水务基础底座的重要组成部分,为水旱灾害防御平台提供全量的数据服务,为了保障平台所需的各类雨情、水情、积水内涝数据的及时、完整和准确,水务大数据中心按照“汇-存-管-用-评”的总体思路,采用微服务架构,依托Wgcloud、Wedata、数据安全及审计等数据资源管控工具搭建水务数据监控保障体系,主要包括基础设施、数据流程、数据指标等监控功能,为汛期数据保障提供了全面支撑,取得了较好的效果。

The Beijing Water and Drought Disaster Prevention Platform is an important support for com-prehensively serving the flood control safety and intelligent scheduling of the capital.As an important com-ponent of the intelligent water infrastructure,the Water Big Data Center provides comprehensive data ser-vices for the water and drought disaster prevention platform.In order to ensure the timely,complete,and accurate data of various rain,water,and waterlogging conditions required by the platform,the Water Big Data Center follows the overall approach of"collection-storage-management-use-evaluation",Adopting a microservice architecture and relying on data resource control tools such as Wgcloud,Wedata,data secu-rity,and auditing,a water affairs data monitoring and guarantee system is established.The system mainly includes infrastructure monitoring,data process monitoring,data indicator monitoring,and other func-tions,providing comprehensive support for flood season data guarantee and achieving good results.
