摘要
基于北京市245个雨量站的分钟雨量数据,计算出以单站、行政区、市为划分依据的场次降雨数据。在实现方面,结合Python语言的易拓展性、可移植性等特点,借助其完备的科学计算库进行开发,实现程序定时执行、更新基础数据、日志维护等功能,具备运行高效、便捷等特点,满足数据治理方面的实际使用需求。为以区域雨量数据为基础的后续运算、分析工作提供有力的基础数据支持,为其他基础数据治理程序的实现提供借鉴。
Based on the minut e rainfall data of 245 rainfall stations in Beijing,and calculates the rain-fall data based on individual stations,administrative regions,and cities.In terms of implementation,tak-ing into account the extensibility and portability of Python language,and utilizing its comprehensive sci-entific computing library for development,it achieves functions such as scheduled program execution,up-dating basic data,and maintaining logs,with high efficiency and convenience in operation.To meet the practical needs of data governance,provide strong basic data support for subsequent calculations and analysis based on regional rainfall data,and provide reference ideas for the implementation of other basic data governance programs.
