Construction and key technologies of Beijing smart water perception system

摘要 感知体系建设是智慧水务的重要组成部分,按照智慧水务总体建设要求,结合北京水务物联感知现状构建了由感知站网、感知台账、物联网感知平台、感知数据汇聚接入、技术标准、制度保障组成的感知体系结构,对感知数据全生命周期监控、多协议多方式融合、边缘智能等关键技术及实现进行了阐述。经过智慧水务感知体系的建设,全市自然循环和社会循环的感知数据已基本实现汇聚与共享,为水旱灾害防御、水资源调度等业务提供了有效的数据支撑。 The construction of perception system is an important component of smart water.This article elaborates on the important significance of building a smart water perception system from two aspects:the development trend of smart city perception system and the overall construction framework of smart wa-ter.According to the overall construction requirements of smart water,a perception system structure con-sisting of stations network,ledger,perception platform,data aggregation and access,technical standards,and institutional guarantees has been constructed based on the current perception status of Beijing Water,and the key technologies and implementation of the whole life cycle monitoring of perception data,multi-protocol and multi-mode integration,edge intelligence and so on have been elaborated.After the con-struction of a smart water perception system,the perception natural circulation of water and social cycle of Water in the city has basically been aggregated and shared,and providing effective data support for busi-nesses such as flood and drought disaster prevention and water resource management.
