摘要
对视频会商技术的功能和应用进行分析,该技术包括视频会议、信号切换、显示、音频扩声、中央控制和扩声等6个子系统;承载异地会商、办公会议及防汛指挥等业务;实现与水务系统相关单位召开视频会议的功能,极大地提高防汛决策指挥、应急联动的工作效率,为水资源调度及监管提供参考。
This article takes the video consultation technology as the research object,and analyzes the video consultation function and application.This technology includes six parts:video conferencing,sig-nal switching,display,audio reinforcement,central control and reinforcement.It carries services such as remote consultation,office meetings,flood control command and achieves the function of holding video conferences with relevant units of the water system.Greatly improve the efficiency of flood control deci-sion-making and emergency linkage,and enhance water resource scheduling and supervision capabilities.
