大数据技术支撑取水监管工作的思考与实现

Thinking and implementation of big data technology supporting water intake supervision work

摘要 近年来,北京市开展了智慧水务1.0建设,在各水务业务领域应用推广物联网、云计算及大数据等新技术。通过将现代化的数据治理、分析等大数据技术应用于取水监管,可以有效提升监管效能。基于新时期治水思路,深入贯彻“要把水资源作为最大的刚性约束”的要求,在详细分析取水监管重点难点的基础上,通过开展典型问题大数据分析,设计信息化实现路径,旨在精准、快速发现并解决问题,更好地发挥大数据技术的重要支撑作用,为提升取水监管水平、推进新型取水监管体系构建提供参考。 In recent years,Beijing has launched the construction of Smart Water 1.0,applying and pro-moting new technologies such as the Internet of Things,cloud computing,and big data in various water business fields.Applying modern big data technologies such as data governance and analysis to water intake regulation can effectively improve regulation efficiency.This article is based on the concept of water management in the new era,and deeply implements the requirement of"Making water resources the maximum rigid constraint".Based on a detailed analysis of the key and difficult points of water intake regulation,this article designs an information implementation path by conducting big data analysis of typical problems.The aim is to accurately and quickly identify and solve problems,better play the important supporting role of big data technology.At the same time,the research results provide reference for improving the level of water intake supervision and promoting the construction of a new water intake supervision system.
