胡桃楸幼苗生长和光合特性对配比施肥的响应 被引量:6

Response of Growth and Photosynthetic Characteristics of Juglansmandshurica Maxim. Seedlings under Fertilization

摘要 为筛选出胡桃楸(Juglans mandshurica Maxim.)适合的施肥方案,为胡桃楸高效育苗技术研究提供依据,本研究根据L_9(3~4)正交试验设计,进行3因子(氮,磷,钾) 3水平(N:9.2,18.4,27.6 g/m~2;P:2.4,4.8,7.2 g/m~2;K:9,18,27 g/m~2)的配比施肥试验,以清水为对照,测定胡桃楸苗木的生长指标和光合特性,分析施肥处理下各指标之间的关系。结果显示:合理的配比施肥能够显著提高胡桃楸的苗高、地径、根长、侧根数、生物量和光合特性,除主根长外,所有指标各处理间存在显著差异(P<0.05)。N_3P_1K_3和N_3P_3K_2两种施肥处理的苗木生长较为理想,综合分析,胡桃楸的最佳施肥处理为N_3P_3K_2,此时的最佳氮磷钾施入量为施氮27.6 g/m~2,施磷7.2 g/m~2,施钾18 g/m~2。胡桃楸的根、茎和总生物量与光合特性之间关系更加密切。本研究结果可以为胡桃楸合理施肥提供依据。 In order to screened out suitable fertilization schemes to provide the basis for the study of efficient seedling raising technology of Juglans mandshurica Maxim,the study according to the L9(34)orthogonal experiment design[3 factor(N,P,K),3 level(N:9.2,18.4,27.6 g/m2;P:2.4,4.8,7.2 g/m2;K:9,18,27 g/m2)],no fertilization is the control,determining the growth indexes and photosynthetic characteristics of J.mandshurica seedlings,analyzing the relationship between each index under fertilization treatment.The results showed that reasonable fertilizer ratio could significantly promote the seedling height,ground diameter,root length,the number of lateral roots,biomass and photosynthetic characteristics of J.mandshurica,except for the main root length,there were significant differences among all treatments in all indexes(P<0.05).The seedlings treated with N3P1K3 and N3P3K2 fertilization had better growth.According to the comprehensive analysis,the best fertilization treatment of J.mandshurica is N3P3K2,with the N 27.6 g/m2,P 7.2 g/m2,K 18 g/m2.There was a close relationship between root weight,stem weight,biomass and photosynthetic characteristics of J.mandshurica.The results of this study can provide a basis for rational fertilization of J.mandshurica.
