百香果砧木苗培育及嫁接亲和性 被引量:3

Cultivation and Grafting Compatibility of Passionfruit Rootstock Seedlings

摘要 为解决百香果优质种苗繁育技术、国内较强抗性的优良砧木缺乏等问题,本研究以近几年引种至贵州的百香果三大系列(黄果系,紫果系,绿皮荔枝系) 5个品种为研究对象,观测不同百香果砧木实生苗及其嫁接苗生长特性,测定嫁接苗光合生理指标及叶片内源激素,采用主成分分析法进行综合评价,初步比较5种百香果砧木的优劣。结果表明,5种百香果砧木的综合评分由高到低依次是DH-JW>ZJ-MT>LP-LZ>XH-TWZ>XH-BL;在本次研究所测定的评价指标中,砧木实生苗的苗高、地上生物量、地下生物量、根长、根体积、根表面积对评价结果的影响较大。本研究为百香果产业发展中优质砧木选育、嫁接苗繁育等提供基础理论依据。 To solve the passion fruit quality seedlings strong resistance breeding technology and domestic lack of excellent rootstock w ith strong resistance,this research in recent years introduced into five passion fruit of Guizhou(P.edulis'Flavicarpa'strain,P.edulis Sims strain,P.laurifolia L.strain)as the research object,observe different passion fruit west and grafting the scion growth characteristics.Photosynthetic physiological indexes of grafted seedlings and endogenous hormones in leaves were measured,and principal component analysis was used for comprehensive evaluation.The advantages and disadvantages of five passion fruit rootstocks were compared.The results showed that the comprehensive scores of five passion fruit rootstocks were in descending order from high to low:DH-JW>ZJ-MT>LP-LZ>XH-TWZ>XH-BL.Among the evaluation indexes measured in this study,the seedling height,above ground biomass,underground biomass,root length,root volume and root surface area of the seedlings had a great influence on the evaluation results.This study provides basic theoretical basis for the selection and breeding of high quality rootstocks and grafting seedlings in the development of passion fruit industry.
