双碳背景下我国城市分类垃圾资源化利用的思考

Reflections on the resource utilization of urban classified waste in China under the background of dual carbon

城市生活垃圾作为城市主要固体废弃物,其具有较大的资源化利用空间。本文分析了我国城市分类垃圾资源化利用现状,并提出了完善法律法规与监管机制、建立合理化的生活垃圾管理体系和加强公众意识的对策,以期为城市的垃圾分类资源化利用提供借鉴。

Municipal solid waste as the main solid waste in cities has great potential for resource utilization.This paper analyzes the current situation of urban classification garbage resource utilization in China,and puts forward measures such as improving laws and regulations and regulatory mechanisms,establishing a reasonable municipal solid waste management system,and enhancing public awareness,in order to provide reference for the resource utilization of classified garbage in cities.
