10G突发模式限幅放大器的快速共模恢复与失调校准方法

The Method of Fast DC Restore and DC Offset Calibration(DCOC)for 10G Burst-Mode LA Applications

提出了一种适用于10G无源光网络接收机突发模式限幅放大器共模恢复与直流失调校准电路的设计方案。采用可变时间常数方法可将共模恢复时间缩短至14 ns,满足10G无源光网络需求。直流失调校准电路采用单次数字校准方式,特别适用于突发系统。

A fast DC restore and DC offset calibration circuits for XGS-PON burst-mode LA application is proposed.A very fast settling time of 14 ns is achieved by using a switching RC unit.A digital DCOC loop with simple LPF(Low Pass Filter)is proposed,it is particularly suitable for burst-mode application due to working only on power-up.
