摘要
通过对现有企业数字孪生发展现状进行分析,针对底层海量的异构数据造成的数据信息不对等制约数字孪生发展的问题,提出基于工业互联网数据语义标识的数字孪生系统,通过引入数据语义以及标识解析技术实现企业生产全要素的统一定义,统一编码,并且根据制造环节、制造环境以及制造工艺等内容建立数据语义网,支撑企业数字孪生的发展。
Based on analyzing the current development status of digital twins in existing enterprises,the problem of unequal data information caused by the massive amount of heterogeneous data at the bottom.The paper proposes a digital twin system based on semantic identification of industrial internet data.By introducing data semantics and identification parsing technology,the unified definition and coding of all production factors in enterprises are achieved,and based on the manufacturing process which establish a data semantic network for manufacturing environment and manufacturing processes to support the development of digital twins in enterprises.
