摘要
本文建立了冷水管道力学模型并推导双层管等效抗弯刚度理论公式,利用ABAQUS有限元软件,应用逐层剥离法,建立冷水管有限元模型,模拟分析冷水管铺设时的非线性力学行为。对比理论解与仿真解,结果较为理想,对实际工程开展具有一定的指导意义。
The paper establishes a mechanical model of cold water pipe and derives the theoretical formula for the equivalent flexural stiffness of double-layer pipe.Using ABAQUS finite element software,the layer-by-layer peeling method is applied to establish a finite element model of cold water pipe and simulate and analyses the non-linear mechanical behaviour of cold water pipe laying.Comparing the theoretical solution with the simulation solution,the results are more satisfactory and have certain guiding significance for the practical engineering development.
