质量检测实验室设备期间核查的实施方法探讨

Discussion on the Implementation Methods of Period Verification of Quality Testing Laboratory Equipment

实验室质量管理的本质就是风险管理。由于实验室设备性能不稳定、使用频繁、使用环境恶劣或者容易损坏等原因,致使需要溯源的设备无法保证其计量性能,不需要溯源的设备无法保证其使用功能。本文以质量检测实验室为例,通过设计合理的期间核查方案并采取相应措施方法,大幅降低实验室结果的风险。

The essence of laboratory quality management is risk management.Due to the unstable performance of laboratory equipment,frequent use,use of harsh environments or easy to damage and other reasons,resulting in the need for traceability of the equipment can not guarantee its measurement performance,do not need to traceability of the equipment can not guarantee the use of its function.This paper takes the quality testing laboratory as an example,through the design of a reasonable period of verification program and take corresponding measures to significantly reduce the risk of laboratory results.
