普通磨料研磨性能测试方法研究

摘要 普通磨料应用广泛,被誉为"工业的牙齿"。针对普通磨料使用性能评价问题,提出了一种通过介质球研磨普通磨料使介质球质量损失的方法来评价普通磨料的研磨性能,系统性研究分析了研磨介质、实验参数和普通磨料种类对研磨性能测试结果的影响。结果表明,磨料研磨性能测试方法具有一定的可行性、重复性和普适性。综合考虑测试方法操作便利性与效率,建议选用单一较大尺寸的氧化锆球作为研磨介质,优选的球料质量比为3∶1,转速为320 r/min,研磨时间90 min。实验结论对普通磨料质量指标的完善和质量管控具有一定的指导意义。 The ordinary abrasives are widely used,known as“the industrial teeth”.In order to evaluate the performance of ordinary abrasives,a method to evaluate the abrasive performance of ordinary abrasives by means of the mass loss of the dielectric ball when the dielectric ball is grinding the ordinary abrasives is presented in this paper.The influence of the abrasive media,experimental parameters and types of ordinary abrasives on the test results of abrasive performance is systematically studied and analyzed.The results show that the test method of abrasive grinding performance has certain feasibility,repeatability and universality.Considering the convenience and efficiency of the test method,it is suggested to select a single large size zirconia ball as the grinding medium;the optimal ball-material mass ratio is 3∶1,the rotation speed is 320 r/min,and the grinding time is 90 min.The experimental results have certain guiding significance for improving the quality index and quality control of ordinary abrasives.
