摘要
简要分析了消失模铸造球墨铸铁件的浇注系统设计及铸造中常见的缩松缺陷的形态、成因及其预防。通过实验发现,铸件上端面及厚大部位出现缩孔、夹渣的缺陷。通过计算和模拟,增加上端面加工余量、增设冒口,配合改进浇注系统,采用近似底注的方式,提高浇注系统的补缩能力,可以预防缩松、缩孔缺陷。对全工序加强过程控制,确定了提高铸件合格率的最佳方案。
The pouring system design of ductile iron castings in evaporative pattern casting,the forms,causes and prevention of common shrinkage defects in casting were briefly analyzed.It was found that the shrinkage holes and slagging defects appeared on the upper end face and heavy thickness parts of the cast-ing.Through calculation and simulation,increasing the processing allowance of the upper end face,adding risers,cooperating with the improvement of the pouring system,and adopting the way of approxi-mate bottom injection method to improve the feeding ability of the pouring system could prevent shrinkage porosity defects.Strengthen process control of the whole process,the best plan to improve the qualification rate of casting was determined.
