天然气替代丙酮作为富化气在环形炉中的应用

目前我公司热处理渗碳连续炉生产线使用丙酮作为渗碳富化气,但作为化工原料,丙酮不仅价格高,原料获取来源受限,造成生产成本高且渗碳层非马氏体组织容易超差。因而,急需一种价格低廉、渠道便捷、高效的富化气来代替丙酮调节碳势,降低生产成本,提高产品品质。天然气作为现场常用的辅料,来源广泛,并且具有价格低廉、使用安全、方便等优点,已作为热处理渗碳富化气被越来越多的厂家选用。以8620RH齿轮作为研究对象进行工艺试验和生产应用,采用天然气作为渗碳富化气,经920℃渗碳、860℃淬火和185℃回火处理,其硬度、组织、硬化层深等各项指标均符合要求。

At present,the continuous furnace production line of heat treatment carburizing in our company uniformly uses acetone as carburizing rich gas.However,as a chemical raw material,acetone is not only expensive,but also limited in the source of raw materials,resulting in high production cost and the non-martensite structure of carburized layer is easy to exceed the tolerance.Therefore,there is an urgent need for a cheap,convenient and efficient enriched gas to replace acetone to adjust carbon potential,reduce production costs and improve product quality.As a common auxiliary material in the field,natural gas has a wide range of sources and advantages such as low price,safe and convenient,has been selected by more and more manufacturers as enriched gas for carburizing heat treatment.Taked 8620RH gear as the research object for process testing and production application,using natural gas as enriching gas for carburization,the hardness,microstructure and hardened layer depth met the requirements after carburized at 920℃,quenched at 860℃and tempered at 185℃.
