摘要
对断裂NTE200后悬缸支座进行了化学成分分析和力学性能检测,采用光学金相显微镜和扫描电子显微镜进行宏观形貌、微观形貌观察和能谱分析,对造成此次事故的原因进行了论述与分析。结果表明,NTE200后悬缸支座断裂是由于零件表面存在凹坑缺陷,诱发了疲劳源的生成;而且零件局部存在过热组织,降低了承载性能,在恶劣的路况下,过大的冲击载荷致使零件发生疲劳断裂。
The chemical composition analysis and mechanical performance testing on the NTE200 rear sus-pension cylinder support was carried out.The macroscopic and microscopic morphology were observed and energy spectrum analysis by optical metallographic microscopic and scanning electron microscopy.The causes of the accident were discussed and analyzed.The results showed that the fracture of NET200 rear suspension cylinder support was due to the existence of pitting defects on the surface of the parts,which in-duced the generation of fatigue source.Moreover,the localized overheated structure in parts reduced the load-bearing performance.Under harsh road conditions,excessive impact load caused fatigue fracture of the parts.
