摘要
最大限度提高材料的强韧性是实现航空装备轻量化制造的关键。综述了J.G.Speer等人提出的Q&P热处理工艺,国内外的诸多学者对其开展了深入研究,探索了钢材的成分配比、工艺参数、组织性能、扩散机理和模拟仿真等技术领域,取得了一定的成果,在制造领域具有较好的应用前景。总体而言,Q&P热处理工艺相较于传统QT热处理工艺,可获得更高的抗拉强度、塑韧性的配比,最后提出了加强高性能Q&P材料开发、基于微量元素扩散的试验研究和Q&P热处理工艺专用设备研制三个重点发展方向。
Improving the strength and toughness of the material to the maximum is the key to realize the lightweight manufacturing of aviation equipment.The Q&P heat treatment process proposed by J.G.Speer et al is reviewed,the composition ratio,process parameters,microstructure properties,diffusion mechanism and simulation of steel have been explored,and some achievements have been made.Generally speaking,Q&P heat treatment process can obtain higher ratio of tensile strength and plastic toughness than traditional QT heat treatment process.Finally,the development of high performance Q&P materials,experimental research based on micronutrient diffusion and the development of special equipment for Q&P heat treatment process are put forward.
