国内外养老建筑研究进展与发展趋势研究(2000—2023年)

Research Progress and Development Trends of Elderly Care Buildings in China and Foreign Countries(2000-2023)

养老建筑作为老龄事业和养老服务体系展开的核心载体,随着我国老龄化程度日益严重和社会养老需求不断复杂,已经发生了深刻的变化。文章以中国知网(CNKI)、Web of Science(WOS)为国内外文献检索主要的数据库,运用计量可视化分析工具以及比较研究等方法,旨在系统揭示2000—2023年国内外养老建筑的研究进展与发展趋势。通过对相关文献的数据统计和内容分析,发现其主要研究内容可概括为理论、设计、服务、规划4个类别,并从3个方面总结了养老建筑发展趋势的空间类型多元化、设施设备的智能化、设置与使用的便捷化、养老模式的系统化、服务供给的精细化等动向特征,最后从4个维度提出扩展研究视阈、增强跨领域、多学科交叉协作、加强适老化改造与无障碍设计、重视农村地区养老问题等研究建议。

As the core carrier of the elderly care industry and elderly care service system,elderly care buildings have undergone profound changes with the increasing severity of aging in China and the increasing complexity of social elderly care needs.This paper takes CNKl and web of science(wos)as the main databases for document retrieval at home and abroad,and uses quantitative visual analysis tools and comparative research methods to systematically reveal the research progress and development trend of elderly care buildings at home and abroad from 2000 to 2023.Through data statistics and content analysis of relevant literature,it is found that the main research content can be summarized into four categories:theory,design,service,and planning.Then it is summarized from three aspects about the trend characteristics of diversified spatial types,intelligent facilities and equipment,convenient setting and use,systematization of elderly care models,and refinement of service supply in the development trend of elderly care buildings.Finally,research suggestions are proposed from four dimensions,including expanding research horizons,strengthening interdisciplinary and interdisciplinary collaboration,strengthening aging adaptation and accessibility design,and emphasizing elderly care issues in rural areas.
