日本社区融合型老年公寓的设计策略分析

An Analysis of Design Strategies for Japan's Community-Integrated Senior Apartments

养老设施回归社区成为国际共识,但我国社区型养老设施现阶段存在经营困难、邻避现象严重等困境。文章在简要介绍日本老年公寓发展概况的基础上,借助日本某品牌的系列老年公寓实践,从区位选择、功能配置、运营服务3个维度分析了其融入社区的设计策略,具体包括充分利用周边社区资源,配套服务设施面向外部开放反哺社区,提前征集周边社区居民意见等。分析结果表明,老年公寓融入社区的本质是让住房和社区养老服务资源协同发挥作用。研究结论对推动我国社区型养老设施发展具有参考价值。

The consensus for integrating elderly care facilties back into communities is global.However,the community-based elderly facilities in China face operational and societal challenges.This study examines Japanese community-integrated senior apartment practices to analyze the design including site selection,functions,and operations,emphasizing resource utilization,external facility access,and community engagement.The core insight is that successful integration hinges on harmonizing housing with community care services.These findings offer valuable guidance for advancing similar facilities in China.
