基于最低干预原则下福州会馆的保护与修缮策略研究——以台三山会馆春晖堂为例

Research on the Protection and Repair Strategy of Fuzhou Clan Hall based on the Principle of Minimum Intervention:Taking the Chunhui Hall of the Sanshan Guild Hall in Taijiang District as an Example

文章以福州台三山会馆为例,评估其建筑价值,并基于最低干预原则提出保护与修缮策略。从会馆的定义分析建筑的功能定位,采用归纳总结的方法梳理出福州会馆三种建筑类型,春晖堂作为台三山会馆的大殿,具有重要的功能地位,通过对台三山会馆现存大殿的建筑平面布局、空间结构、屋顶样式、特色装饰等分析建筑价值。在此基础上,根据现状的保存情况,基于最低干预原则,提出了保护与修缮的技术方案,并针对施工过程中出现的问题进行了梳理总结,可为其他类似的工程项目提供参考。

The article takes Sanshan guild hall in Taijang district,Fuzhou,as an example,evaluates its architectural value,and proposes protection and restoration strategies and plans based on the principle of minimal intervention.The functional positioning of the building is analyzed from the definition of the assembly hall,and the method of induction and summarization is used to sort out three types of architectural types in Fuzhou assembly halls.As the main hall of the Sanshan guild hall in Taijang district,Chunhui hall has an important functional position.The architectural value is analyzed by looking at the architectural floor plan layout,spatial structure,roof style,and characteristic decorations of the existing main hall of Sanshan guild hall in Taijiang district.Based on this,according to the preservation status,a technical plan for protection and restoration has been proposed based on the principle of minimal intervention,and problems that have arisen during the construction process have been summarized.This could serve as a reference and of certain significance to other similar engineering projects.
