摘要
[目的]开发一种绿色、高选择性的2-甲基-4-氯苯酚生产方法。[方法]以2-甲基苯酚为原料、盐酸为氯化试剂及溶剂、氯化铜为催化剂,反应体系通氧,实现氯化铜原位氧化氯化制备2-甲基-4-氯苯酚。[结果]2-甲基-4-氯苯酚的收率为98.5%,选择性97.4%。[结论]本工艺消耗盐酸,解决了现有工艺大量生成副产物盐酸的问题,符合绿色化工宗旨。
[Aims]This study aims to develop a green and highly selective method for producing 4-chloro-2-methylphenol[Methods]4-Chloro-2-methylphenol was prepared using 2-methylphenol as the raw material hydrochloric acid as the chlorination reagent and solvent and copper chloride as the catalyst Copper chloride underwent in-situ oxidative chlorination by introducing oxygen into the reaction system.[Results]The yield of 4-chloro-2-methylphenol was 98.5%and the selectivity was 97.4%.[Conclusions]This process consumes hydrochloric acid,solving the problem of large amounts of hydrochloric acidby-produced by existing methods.This aligns with goals of green chemical industry by reducing waste.
