The Construction and Practice of Skills Competition System for Tourism Professional Group--Taking Zhangzhou Vocational and Technical College as an Example

职业院校技能大赛是对各行各业职业技能人才队伍建设,提升技能素质的一次深度动员行动,有助于弘扬和践行敬业、精益、专注、创新的工匠精神。“研、建、挑、训、赛、析”四位·六阶旅游专业群职业技能竞赛体系构建与实践,充分展示职业教育的大众化要求,提高竞技教育的有效性,对其他专业群体的建设具有良好的示范性作用。

The skills competition in vocational colleges is a in-deepth mobilization action for constructing talent teams with vocational skill and of improving skill quality in various industries.It helps to promote and practice the spirit of dedicated,persistently improving,devoted,and innovative craftsmanship.The vocational skills competition system for the tourism professional group can be constructed and practiced on four aspects and on six levels involving“research,construction,selection,training,competition,and analysis”,which can fully demonstrate the popularization requirements of vocational education,improves the eff ectiveness of competitive education,and has a good demonstration role for the construction of other professional groups.
