老龄化背景下城市公共设施无障碍设计探究

On Barrier-Free Design of Urban Public Facilities in the Context of Aging

目的:在老龄化背景下探讨城市公共设施无障碍设计的原则、趋势,以更好地优化城市公共设施设计,使其更人性化。方法:从公共设施的特性入手,分析我国人口老龄化与公共设施无障碍设计,对无障碍公共设施的分类进行探讨,并着重分析公共设施无障碍设计的原则以及城市公共设施无障碍设计的趋势。结论:老龄化社会的到来对城市的建设提出了更多的要求,公共空间必须要为老年人设定相应的无障碍公共设施,遵循可接近性、系统性、可用性、安全性、人性化、地域化原则,对公共设施进行无障碍设计,使其更加智能化、艺术化,增强公共设施更高的安全性,使公共设施更加舒适和便捷,以满足越来越多的老年人的公共空间需求。

This paper aims to explore the principles and trends of barrier-free design of urban public facilities in the context of aging,so as to better optimize the design of urban public facilities and make it more humanized.Starting with the characteristics of public facilities,this paper analyzes the aging of population and the barrier-free design of public facilities in China,discusses the classifi cation of barrier-free public facilities,and emphatically analyzes the principles and the trend of barrier-free design of urban public facilities.The conclusion going as the followings:the arrival of the aging society has put forward more requirements for urban construction;the public space must set up corresponding barrier-free public facilities for the elderly,follow the principles of accessibility,systematicness,availability,safety,humanization and regionalization,and carry out barrier-free design for public facilities to make them more intelligent and artistic,enhance the safety of public facilities,and make public facilities more comfortable and convenient,and meet the public space needs of more and more elderly people.
