生物医学材料在子宫宫腔粘连及内膜损伤修复中的应用及进展

摘要 子宫内膜损伤及修复障碍是导致女性不孕的重要原因之一,且其治疗较为困难。随着生物医学材料应用的普及,子宫内膜再生和修复领域不断出现新颖而有前景的思路。天然及合成的生物材料支架除了具有物理屏障、搭载和控释药物的作用外,还能够搭载干细胞及其分泌物,并且凭借其良好的生物相容性、可降解性等优势,在宫腔粘连的预防和治疗中展现出较好的应用潜能。本文就生物医学材料在子宫宫腔粘连及内膜损伤修复中应用的研究进展进行综述。 Endometrial injury and its repair disorder are one of the important causes of female infertility,and the treatment is quite difficult.With the application of biomedical materials,novel and promising ideas for the regeneration and repair of the endometrium continue to emerge.Natural and synthetic biomaterial scaffolds not only have the functions of physical barriers,carrying and controlled release drugs,but also can carry stem cells and their secretions.With their advantages such as good biocompatibility and biodegradability,they have shown good application potential in prevention and treatment of intrauterine adhesions.This paper reviews the research of the application of biomedical materials in the treatment of intrauterine adhesions and endometrial injury.
