摘要
城市轨道交通车辆段及停车场因工艺流程需要普遍具有占地面积大、建筑功能类别全等特点。从对场地外在环境的在地呼应、区域人文精神的在地传承、绿色生态的在地融合、建构技术的在地应用以及以创新手段搭建在地性智慧管理平台多维度提出在地性设计的研究策略,并选取南宁、呼和浩特、成都具有典型代表性相关案例进行阐述说明,城市轨道交通车辆段及停车场“在地性”设计研究不仅可以提升车辆段及停车场的设计维度,减弱场段出入段线及道岔区对城市空间的割裂,还为构建未来高质量可持续发展的新型城镇化城市提供思路与方向。
Urban rail transit vehicle depots and parking lots generally have features of large land occupation and comprehensive building function categories due to process requirements.A multi-dimensional research strategy for locality design is proposed,based on external environment response,regional cultural heritage,green ecological integration,localized application of construction technology,and the establishment of a localized smart management platform through innovative means.The strategy is illustrated and explained using representative cases from Nanning,Hohhot and Chengdu.The research on the‘locality’design of urban rail transit depots and parking lots not only enhances the design dimensions of vehicle depots and parking lots,but also mitigates the urban spatial division caused by access lines and turnout areas.Furthermore,it provides insights and directions for building future high-quality,sustainable urbanization in line with new urbanization trends.
