摘要 6G已经成为全球竞争焦点和研究热点,其中太赫兹通信技术是实现6G的关键技术,同时也是实现无线传输的重要手段。从全球视角出发,梳理主要国家和相关国际组织在6G太赫兹技术研发、标准化和产业化方面的行为,并结合专利、论文数据对研发情况进行对比,从多角度揭示了太赫兹通信技术的全球发展态势,为进一步推动中国6G的发展提供决策参考。 6G technology has become the focus of global competition and research hotspot.Terahertz communication technology is the key technology to realize 6G and an important means to realize wireless transmission.This paper sorts out the behaviors of major countries and relevant international organizations from a global perspective,in terms of R&D,standardization and industrialization of 6G Terahertz communication technology,and compares the R&D situation in combination with patents and paper data to reveal the global development trend of Terahertz communication technology from multiple perspectives,hoping to provide reference for further promoting the development of China’s 6G technology.
