济南市莱芜区婚孕检查一体化模式应用效果分析

Analysis on the Application Effect of the Integration of Pre-marital Medical Examination and Pre-pregnancy Examination Mode in Laiwu District of Jinan

目的:探讨济南市莱芜区婚孕检查一体化模式的应用效果。方法:对莱芜区婚孕检查一体化模式实施前(2016—2018年)、实施后(2019—2021年)的婚检率、婚检疾病检出率、男性孕前检查人数占比、孕前检查高风险率等指标进行比较分析。结果:莱芜区婚孕检查一体化模式实施前婚检率、婚检疾病检出率、男性孕前检查人数占比、孕前检查高风险率分别为38.73%、15.04%、31.53%、13.74%,婚孕检查一体化模式实施后各指标分别为71.32%、12.74%、48.74%、7.24%,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)值分别为3872.20、21.29、912.12和314.22,P值均<0.05)。结论:婚孕检查一体化模式的应用可以有效提高婚检率、男性孕前检查率,对预防出生缺陷、提高出生人口素质具有重要意义。

OBJECTIVE To explore the application effect of the integrated model of pre-marital and pre-pregnancy medical examinations.METHODS A comparative analysis was conducted on the pre-implementation period(2016-2018)and the post-implementation period(2019-2021)of the integrated model of pre-marital and pre-pregnancy medical examinations in the Laiwu district of Jinan,including the pre-marital medical examination rate,rate of disease detection,proportion of male pre-pregnancy health examination,and high-risk rate of pre-pregnancy medical examination.RESULTS Before the implementation of the integrated model,the pre-marital medical examination rate,rate of disease detection,proportion of male pre-pregnancy health examination,and high-risk rate of pre-pregnancy medical examination were 38.73%,15.04%,31.53%,and 13.74%,respectively.After implementation,they were 71.32%,12.74%,48.74%,and 7.24%,respectively.The differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=3872.20,21.29,912.12,314.22,P<0.05).CONCLUSION The implementation of the integrated model of pre-marital and pre-pregnancy medical examinations can effectively improve the pre-marital medical examination rate,male pre-pregnancy health examination rate,and is of significant importance for preventing birth defects and improving the quality of the population.
