中药热罨包联合耳穴压丸治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经临床疗效分析

The Clinical Study of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fomentation Sack and Auricular Acupoint Pressing Pills Therapy on Primary Dysmenorrhea with Syndrome of Blood-stasis due to Cold Coagulation

目的:探讨中药热罨包联合耳穴压丸治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年3—12月上海市浦东新区洋泾社区卫生服务中心收治的中医辨证为寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者80例,将其随机分为西药对照组(n=40)和中医外治组(n=40)。西药对照组给予患者口服布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,中医外治组给予患者中药热罨包联合耳穴压丸法治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效及安全性。结果:中医外治组总有效率(80.00%)显著高于西药对照组(55.00%),差异有统计学意义(Z=-2.414,P<0.05)。治疗后中医外治组患者VAS评分和SAS评分均低于西药对照组,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为2.772、3.896,P<0.05)。两组治疗方案均无明显毒副作用,安全可靠。结论:中药热罨包联合耳穴压丸可有效治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经,可明显改善痛经等相关症状,有效缓解患者焦虑情绪。

OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)fomentation sack and auricular acupoint pressing pills therapy on primary dysmenorrhea with syndrome of blood-stasis due to cold coagulation.METHODS 80 cases of primary dysmenorrhea with syndrome of blood-stasis due to cold coagulation from March to December in 2021 were randomly divided into control group of western medicine(n=40)and treatment group of TCM(n=40).The patients of control group of western medicine were given ibuprofen sustained-release capsules,and the patients of treatment group of TCM were given TCM fomentation sack and auricular acupoint pressing pills therapy.The clinical efficacy and safety of two groups were analyzed.RESULTS The total effective rate of the TCM external treatment group was significantly higher than that of the western medicine control group(80.00%VS55.00%,Z=-2.414,P<0.05).VAS score and SAS score of TCM external treatment group were significantly decreased compared with western medicine control group(t=2.772,3.896,P<0.05).The therapies of two groups had no toxic effects and side effects,they were safe and reliable for clinic.CONCLUSION The TCM fomentation sack and auricular acupoint pressing pills therapy are effective for primary dysmenorrhea with syndrome of blood-stasis due to cold coagulation,and improve pain and other related symptoms significantly,relieve anxiety effectively.
