摘要
为了引导职业教育普适性专业群建设,提升建设质量,针对专业群建设的评价标准、评价方法、评价体系不健全的问题,提出按指导性、诊断性、可操作性、管理性和发展性原则,建立高职院校内部专业群建设评价体系,促进专业集群良性发展。建议从专业群组群、建群、绩效三个环节建设评价标准,以人才培养工作状态数据为支撑构建全过程质量评价指标体系,评价专业群组建的逻辑关联度、产教融合的集成耦合度、建设绩效的社会贡献度,有效指导高职院校高水平专业群建设工作。
In order to guide the construction of universal professional groups in vocational education and improve the quality of construction,in response to the problems of inadequate evaluation standards,methods,and systems for professional group construction,it is proposed to establish an evaluation system for the construction of internal professional groups in higher vocational colleges based on the principles of guidance,diagnosis,operability,management and development,so as to promote the healthy development of professional groups.It is recommended to establish evaluation standards from three aspects:professional group organizing,group building and performance.Based on the data of talent cultivation work status,a quality evaluation index system for the entire process should be constructed to evaluate the logical correlation degree of professional group formation,the integration coupling degree of industry education integration,and the social contribution degree of construction performance,which effectively guides the construction of high-level professional groups in higher vocational colleges.
