基于BSC的管理信息系统绩效评价体系设计

摘要 为了促进电力企业的有效运营,更好地利用管理信息系统,文章提出了构建管理信息系统绩效评价体系,对管理信息系统的应用情况进行综合分析,并提供了综合评估机制。通过采用BSC方法,综合评估了电力企业内部战略目标的实现情况,包括财务、客户、内部经营、学习和成长等层面。研究结果表明,电力企业的研发投入占营业收入的比例从2021年的12.42%增加到2022年的14.68%,研发投入占比有所增加,相关财务指标等也在不断改善,这促进了企业管理信息系统的优化和完善,有助于提高电力企业的综合竞争力。 In order to promote the effective operation of electrical enterprises and better use the management information system,the article proposes to build a performance evaluation system for the management information system,comprehensively analyze the application of the management information system,and provide a comprehensive evaluation mechanism.By adopting the BSC balance scoring card method,the realization of the internal strategic goals of power companies,including finance,customers,internal operations,learning and growth.The results of the research show that the proportion of research and development investment in power companies increases from 12.42%in 2021 to 14.68%in 2022.The proportion of R&.D investment has increased,and related financial indicators are also continuously improved.This has promoted corporate management The optimization and improvement of the information system will help improve the comprehensive competitiveness of power companies.
