New Research Object of Public Order Science in New Era

面对新的治理形势,治安学需要建立新的知识体系以满足维护国家安全的需要。本文在分析了公安学、治安学关于研究对象的研究现状之后,提出了治安学新的研究对象。治安学的研究对象应该为治安行为。治安行为就是公安民警为了维护社会治安秩序,依照法律法规采取的各种活动的总称。治安行为具有目的性、规范性、时代性、社会性等特征,可以划分出多种行动类型。我们可以根据治安学新的研究对象,建立新时代治安学的知识体系。

In the face of the new governance situation,security science needs to establish a new knowledge system to meet the needs of safeguarding national security.After analyzing the research status of public security science and public security science,this paper puts forward a new research object of public security science.The research object of security science should be security behavior.Public security behavior is the general term of various activities taken by public security police in accordance with laws and regulations in order to maintain social security order.Public security behavior has the characteristics of purpose,standardization,epochal,sociality,etc.It can be divided into various action types.We can establish the knowledge system of security science in the new era according to the new research object of security science.
