摘要
基于诺尔斯自我导向学习理论及信息素养内涵的相关研究,从诊断学习需求、确定学习目标、锁定学习资源、优化学习流程及寻求学习支持、评估学习结果五个维度分析了成人终身学习者信息素养的现状,指出成人终身学习者存在将信息等同于学习资源、获取信息途径比较传统单一、对信息多元价值的认识不到位、信息行为被动低效、对知识版权的重视程度不够等问题。在现状分析的基础上,从体系化培养提升信息认知、人技融合促进信息行为、底线思维培育信息道德三个角度提出了成人终身学习者信息素养的提升策略。
This paper employs Knowles'self-directed learning theory and explores the nuanced connotations of information literacy.It conducts a comprehensive analysis of the current state of adult lifelong learners'information literacy across five dimensions:diagnosing learning needs,setting learning objectives,accessing learning resources,optimizing learning processes,seeking support,and evaluating learning outcomes.The study reveals that adult lifelong learners tend to equate information with learning resources,relying primarily on conventional and limited methods for information acquisition.Moreover,they demonstrate a lack of comprehensive understanding of the multifaceted value of information and insufficient awareness of knowledge copyright.Based on these insights,the article proposes strategies for enhancing adult lifelong learners'information literacy from three perspectives:systematic cultivation to bolster information cognition,human-technology integration to stimulate information behavior,and fostering bottom-line thinking to cultivate information ethics.
