扭矩标准装置在标准扭矩扳子校准中的应用

文章介绍了扭矩标准装置在标准扭矩扳子校准中的应用。测试中扭矩标准装置是一种采用杠杆砝码原理和刀口支撑技术建立的经典结构静重式扭矩标准装置。为使扭矩标准装置更好地应用于标准扭矩扳子校准,上海质检院计量检测所力学二室团队为其设计了一套专用的辅助装置,使被检标准扭矩扳子能更稳定地固定在扭矩标准装置上,并能通过调节辅助装置,实现不同力臂长度和方位角度的校准,旨在研究刀口支撑型扭矩标准装置对标准扭矩扳子校准结果的影响。

This paper introduces the application of the torque standard device in the calibration of the standard torque wrench.The torque standard device in the test is a static weight torque standard device with classical structure established by using the principle of lever weight and knife edge support technology.In order to better apply the torque standard device to the calibration of standard torque wrenches,the team of the Second Mechanical Office of the Institute of Metrology and Testing of Shanghai Quality Inspection Institute has designed a set of special auxiliary devices for it,so that the standard torque wrenches tested can be more stably fixed on the torque standard device,and the calibration of different arm lengths and azimuth angles can be achieved by adjusting the auxiliary devices,the purpose of this paper is to study the influence of the knife edge supporting torque standard device on the calibration results of the standard torque wrench.
