摘要
温度是影响交流继电器稳定运行重要指标,对其进行温度分析具有重要意义。提出一种改进的温度修正J-A磁滞模型,并提出一种对该模型参数辨识的混合优化算法。通过混合优化算法辨识的参数得到磁滞曲线,并与实测磁滞曲线对比,验证了该算法在磁滞特性模拟研究中的有效性和实用性,并验证了改进的温度修正方法的可行性。运用推导的电磁热耦合控制方程建立不同工况下继电器仿真模型,发现材料温度特性对温升结果影响很大,故不可忽略。
Temperature is an important index affecting the stable operation of AC relays,and it is of great significance to analyze its temperature.An improved temperature-corrected J-A hysteresis model is proposed,and a hybrid optimization algorithm is proposed to identify the parameters of this model.Hysteresis curves are obtained from the parameters identified by the hybrid optimization algorithm and compared with the measured hysteresis curves to verify the effectiveness and practicality of the algorithm in the simulation study of hysteresis characteristics,and to verify the feasibility of the improved temperature correction method.The derived electromagnetic-thermal coupling control equation is applied to establish the relay simulation model under different working conditions,and it is found that the material temperature characteristics have a great influence on the temperature rise results,so they cannot be ignored.
