新零售背景下的南京生活圈虚化特征、机制与规划策略

摘要 通过构建生活圈虚化模型,结合南京2016年、2018年、2020年、2022年日常消费相关业态的POI数据,运用平均最近邻、地理探测器等方法对南京近7年社区生活圈的发展过程进行了研究。通过分析业态数量与空间格局的变化,总结业态数量减少、业态相对居民聚集区向外扩散或迁移、生活圈有效服务范围外延等虚化现象,基于以上现象进一步探讨了新零售对日常消费相关零售业态的影响机制,总结新零售背景下生活圈的虚化特征与规律并提出了相应的规划策略。 The development process of community life circles in Nanjing is examined through the construction of a virtualization model.Points of Interest(POI)data from businesses related to daily consumption in Nanjing for the years 2016,2018,2020,and 2022 are utilized,employing methods such as average nearest neighbor and geographic detector.The changes in the number and spatial distribution of businesses are analyzed,and virtualization phenomena,including a reduction in the number of businesses,the outward expansion or migration of businesses beyond areas of resident concentration,and the widening of the effective service range of the community life circle,are identified.These phenomena are further investigated to understand the impact mechanism of new retail on retail businesses associated with daily consumption.Ultimately,the virtualization characteristics and patterns of community life circles within the context of new retail are summarized,and corresponding strategic guidelines are proposed.
