功能混合型社区户外公共空间的设计策略——以上海杨浦区大学路创智SOHO为例

Outdoor Public Space Design Strategy of Mixed-use Community:A Case Study of Chuangzhi SOHO,Shanghai

在梳理回顾功能混合型社区相关理论及其功能相互作用关系的基础上,提出功能混合型社区户外公共空间设计的原则和策略,并以上海杨浦区大学路创智SOHO为研究对象,从水平、垂直、共享、时间4个维度分析其功能混合特征,揭示各混合功能的相互作用关系,从户外公共空间的公平与效率原则以及选址、定位与布局方面总结功能混合型社区的设计原则和策略,旨在从公共空间设计营造层面揭示功能混合型社区项目成功的必要条件,以期为我国住区规划设计和开发建设提供参考。

The design principle and strategy of outdoor public space of mixed-use community are proposed based on a review of relevant theories and community functional interaction.With Chuangzhi SOHO and its surrounding old neighborhoods as the research object,the mixed-use functional characters are analyzed from horizontal,vertical,sharing,and temporal dimensions,and the internal functional interaction is revealed.Based on the principle of equity and efficiency,as well as the orientation,location,and layout of public space,the design principle and strategy of mixed-use community are concluded,so as to reveal the necessary prerequisites of successful mixed-use communities and provide reference for the planning,design,and construction of communities in China.
